NUMBER SYSTEM

whenever we talk about a basic mathematics then number comes first in our mind ,without understanding about number we cannot understand about mathematics. we know about the application of mathematics in daily life,without number thats not possible.

NATURAL NUMBER:-,1,2,3,4,........... these are natural number.

Note:-natural number include all even and odd number

WHOLE NUMBER:-0,1,2,3,4,5,..........

note:-whole number includes all natural number

EVEN NUMBER-Even number ate those which is divisible by 2.

2,4,6,.............: are even number

ODD NUMBER:-odd number are those number which is not divisible by 2

example;-1,3,5,.............are odd number

INTEGERS :-

TYPES OF INTEGERS:-

Positive Integers :-1,2,3,4,5............

Negative Integers:-  -1,-2,-3........

NON-POSITIVE INTEGERS :-0,-1,-2,-3........

NON-NEGATIVE INTEGERS:-0,1,2,3....

Prime Number:- Prime number are those number which is divisible by it self and 1, but 1 is not a prime number .

 Example;- 2,3 ,5,7.............

Rational Number:- Rational number are those number which can be express in terms of  p/q where q is not equal to zero

example;-  0,1,2,3,4....... ,-1,-2,-3..........,0.66666...... all are rational number.

those number which cannot express in terms of p/q  is called irrational number

 example;- 0.1121112111122..........,∏ , etc

 Real Number ;-All rational and irrational are real number
